HR Audit
£995 + VAT
Our HR Audit involves a comprehensive review of your HR policies, practices, and procedures. It’s a highly effective tool for assessing the current ‘health’ of your HR and identifying priority areas for further action
Our HR Audit will:
- identify any areas of compliance risk: Giving you peace of mind, protecting your reputation and helping you to avoid costly legal disputes
- make recommendations to help you achieve a fair and equitable workplace: Creating solid foundations for your employees to thrive
- identify areas for improvement in your approach to HR management: Driving productivity, performance improvements and efficiencies across your business
Employee Handbook
As employment legislation and business needs evolve, it’s essential to regularly review your people policies to ensure they remain legally compliant and aligned with your business goals. Select the option that best suits your needs:
- Lite Handbook from £299 +VAT – Ideal if you just need the basics. Our Lite Handbook includes five essential people policies (Disciplinary, Grievance, Capability, Equality & Diversity and Whistleblowing).
- Pro Handbook from £649 +VAT – Perfect if you already have a handbook but need your policies reviewed and updated. We’ll check that your existing policies are legally compliant and continue to meet your business needs.
- Premium Handbook from £1499 +VAT – A fully bespoke employee handbook tailored to your specific needs and culture. Select from a comprehensive range of people policies, and we’ll work with you to customise each one.

People Strategy Package
£2,000 + VAT
We’ll work with you to create an exceptional 12-month People Strategy, specifically tailored to the strategic priorities of your business, with quarterly check-ins to keep you on track.
We’ll develop a clear plan identifying priority actions, creative initiatives and recommendations for you to focus on, so you can maximise every opportunity to grow your people, and grow your business.
What’s included:
- We’ll meet with you to get to know you, your business and your strategic priorities
- We’ll conduct a full HR health check, identifying risks, opportunities and immediate actions
- With this detailed insight, we’ll work with you to create a bespoke People Strategy for your business, a 12-month roadmap to success
- We’ll schedule up to four one-hour quarterly check-ins to review your progress
- If you need further input from us over the course of the year, we can provide a separate additional support package
One-Off Support
from £65 +VAT per hour, £455 + VAT per day (HR Admin)
from £85 +VAT per hour, £595 + VAT per day (HR Advisor)
from £135 +VAT per hour, £945 + VAT per day (HR Consultant)
We offer flexible and affordable options for ad-hoc support.
You might have a disciplinary or grievance, a sickness or capability challenge, a one-off redundancy, a family-leave issue…or something else entirely.
We can work with you by the hour or we can offer a bundle of hours at a discounted rate, depending on your needs and budget.
Regular Retained Support
from £430 + VAT per month (HR Admin)
from £550 + VAT per month (HR Advisor)
from £875 + VAT per month (HR Consultant)
If you prefer to have a trusted and experienced HR team by your side, we can offer ongoing support for a fraction of the cost of hiring an internal HR manager.
Our regular packages are flexible and affordable. They start from one day of support per month but can be adjusted to suit you.
We’ll work closely with you to understand your business, your goals and your vision for the future. We’ll help you establish strong HR foundations, identify and minimise any risks, while fully supporting you as your business evolves and grows.
Recruitment Packages
From £895 + VAT
Whether you’re a start-up ready to hire your first employee or a growing business looking to expand your team, we can support you throughout the process and find the best people for your business.
We don’t charge commission for finding the right candidates. We only charge for the time we spend helping you with your recruitment needs and strategy. This means you’ll save money and get better results.
We make recruitment efficient, effective and enjoyable for you and your people.
Recruitment Package:
- We’ll get to know your business and your specific recruitment needs
- We’ll create a strategy, write the role description and craft a compelling advertisement
- We’ll advertise the role for 28 days on the premium national job boards, as well as our own website and we’ll also post about it on LinkedIn
- We’ll pre-screen applications against agreed criteria and provide you with candidate CVs so you can interview and decide on the best person for the role
Premium Options:
You can boost our Recruitment Package with a range of optional premium extras, please contact us for prices.
- We’ll conduct interviews with you, or on your behalf
- We’ll work with our specialist recruitment partners when necessary
- We’ll provide you or your team with interview skills training
- We’ll write formal offer letters and contracts of employment
